This policy is applied to any purchases made online and in store. It binds any person who made purchases or other transactions on our website and in store (“The Client”) and Genetik Sport inc. (“Genetik”)
Before placing an order at genetiksport.com, please, take the time to check your order’s details. Make sure that sizes, colors and other details are right and that you choose the right shipping method. Canadian Returns Policy
Unused, brand-new products purchased at regular price may be returned and refunded within 14 days of reception with tags and undamaged original box/wrapping in a safe and appropriate package.
Return shipping fees are to be paid entirely by the customer, except when the product has a manufacturing issue (dead on arrival) or there is a product mistake made by Genetik.
Non-refundable and exchangeable products (Final Sale)
These products are considered final sales and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Scealed products;
- Products with an expiration date;
- Underwear (socks, chamois, sports bras);
- Products with any sings of irresponsible use and products with sings of force;
- Any products we consider used or wore;
- Products sold with a discount;
- Special orders;
- Products sold to a client outside Canada.
This list can change at any time without notice.
10% restocking fees may be applied on bikes, oversized products and any products that do not respect this policy. These fees can be applied or be changed without notice.
Genetik will do its best to apply its brands and suppliers’ warranties. Making business in Canada, products sold by Genetik are covered by Canadian warranties and those may not be appliable to a product sold outside of Canada. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure their products are eligible to the warranty. Each warranty claim will have to be supplied with a valid invoice.
You may put in a claim for a defective product by following the online return procedure or by coming in store with the product.
Online returns’ procedure
1- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason of the return and a photo of the product.
2- If we accept the return, we will send us a return number (RA#). No returns will be allowed without this number.
3- This number is valid for 10 days. You need to send your product before the end of the 10 days, so please send us the package on the same day you receive the number, if possible.

4- You may not get your money back on the same day we process the return. Refunds can be processed by your financial institution with some delays. We are not responsible for any kind of delay on your financial institution’s side.
