Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday to Friday. An order may take up to two business days to ship and for you to receive your tracking number. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) will ship the following Monday. If there is any further delay, we will contact you to let you know.

In-Store Pickup

Pick up your order directly in store! Orders are ready within 1 to 2 business days. If it takes longer, we will let you know.

Free Shipping Policy & Exclusions

We offer free shipping in Canada on orders of $200 or more. The minimum amount may change at any time without notice.

Oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges and are therefore excluded from our free shipping policy. The following items are considered oversized:

• Skis;
• Bikes;
• Car racks;
• Tailgate pads;
• Bike and ski travel bags;
• Large-format cleaning and maintenance liquids;
• Any other item we consider oversized.

This list may change at any time without notice.

If shipping charges need to be added to your order, we will contact you before shipping. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will cancel and refund your order.

Bikes

For warranty reasons, assembled bikes cannot be shipped.

International Shipping

Genetik online offers international shipping with Canada Post (canadapost.ca) to a number of countries. Due to agreements with certain brands, some items are reserved for our Canadian customers and cannot be shipped outside Canada. If this applies to your order, we will cancel and refund it.

Delivery Times & Customs Fees

Delivery takes 5 to 21 business days depending on the region. Occasionally, a shipment may be held at customs for a few days. Genetik online is not responsible under any circumstances for customs clearance fees that may apply, or for packages lost in transit.

Foreign Currencies

All prices on our website are displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). The exact exchange rate you pay will depend on your payment method, your financial institution, the transaction date and any other factor affecting exchange rates. Convert your order total into another currency on XE.com.
